NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 12, 2008, from Janet A. Day and Kenneth Blackwell to Dru A. Shope, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 2212, at page 66, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $70,684.26, payable to Tammac Holdings Corporation, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Tammac Holdings Corporation, the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Cabell County Courthouse in Huntington, West Virginia on October 12, 2017 at 9:15 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate Grant District, Cabell County, West Virginia, and more particularly described on a map of Beechwood Place, said map being of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on the second day of January, 1946, in Deed Book 357, at page 18 and being LOT NUMBER SIX (6). Including a certain 2006 Clayton Manufactured Home, 28' x 64', Serial No. CH0002476 KYAB. And being the same property conveyed from Janet A. Day to Janet A. Day and Kenneth Blackwell by Deed dated March 12, 2008, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Deed Book No. 1184, at page 549. Terms of sale: cash on date of sale.
