It appears that the parents, SHAWN GREEN,AND JOEL GREEN JR'S whereabouts are unknown in West Virginia. Notice is hereby given that a hearing in the above styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court on the 25th day of September, 2017, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., before the Judge, at the Boone County Courthouse, located at Madison, Boone County, West Virginia.
