It appearing that the Parents, Wayne and Dorthea's whereabouts are unknown in West Virginia. Notice is hereby given that a hearing in the above styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court on the 25th day of September, 2017 at 10:00 o'clock a.m., before the Judge, at the Boone County Courthouse, located at Madison, Boone County, West Virginia. These proceedings are closed to the general public. The Parents, Wayne and Dorthea Boulet has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if they cannot afford legal representation, counsel will be appointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit.
