NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Boone County Commission will accept Sealed Bids until 4:00p.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at its offices at the Boone County Commission office, 206 Court Street, Madison, WV 25130, for the following: PURCHASE OF NEW ROOF VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING MADISON, WV Specifications can be obtained from the offices of the Boone County Commission, 206 Court Street, Madison, WV 25130, or by calling (304) 369-7301. Bid Opening will take place on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 5:20p.m. Bidders must submit their bids on the BID SHEET at the end of the specifications. All bids must be clearly marked with the words "SEALED BID: NEW ROOF FOR VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING" and the time and date of bid opening on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the bid is enclosed. All bids submitted must remain intact for 60 days after the bid opening date without withdrawing or altering the respective bid. Absolutely no bids will be accepted if received after the above stated deadline, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
